We can help you apply for a BC Short Term Rental License, and in some cases we can apply on your behalf and obtain one through our business. For VRBO and direct bookings we withhold and remit the local MRDT short term accommodation taxes.

How do you book properties directly in Whistler?

A guest would go to our direct booking page and request their desired dates to stay at one of our properties. They can find our direct booking page through Google and on our www.truenorthproperties.ca. This saves our guests money, adds to our bottom line and payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Can owners use their own units freely?

Absolutely. Our goal is to be flexible and build a working relationship with our clients. For some clients their property is solely an investment and they may stay in it once a year. For others their property is also a weekend home in the winters. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

How do you screen guests?

Screening guests involves gathering information about their stay, communicating to understand their needs, and verifying their identity and reputation through identification, background checks, and reviews. Requirements such as government-issued ID, credit card verification, and references from previous hosts ensure transparency and security.

How often are payouts handled?

Payouts are completed in the first few days of the new month. You are emailed an owner's statement that breaks down revenue, cleaning costs, management fees and any associated expenses, along with helpful metrics like occupancy rates and ADR (average daily rate).

Garbage/Recycling Located outside of the building main entrance to the right. Code for door is on handle.
Ski Storage In the winter there is a Ski Valet service. Simply give your skis to the attendant at the end of day, and pick them up the following morning. Secure bike storage in the parking garage, use garage pass code to enter
Pool, Hot Tub and Gym Located on the first floor and is accessible with your common area code. There is a short cut! Take a left out of the unit and use those doors. POOL TOWELS are available at the front desk.
Parking It is paid parking. Either at an hourly rate or 25$ a night. Simply go to the machine near the main entrance of the building and get a ticket for the underground parking. The ticket will have the code for entry into the parkade
Bike Storage on Parking Level 3
Laundry: Coin-operated laundry. Location #1 first floor across the arch. Location #2 is on P2.
House Rules: No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio or anywhere within the complex. No skis or bikes permitted in the Condo. No parties. No pets
Quiet time: from 10:00PM to 8:00AM
Plastic cups are to be used when taking beverages to the pool/hot tub.
Please remove shoes/ski boots when entering the home
If something has been accidentally damaged, stained, or broken you may be covered. All you need to do is report it to us.
BBQ Please clean and scrub the grill with the grill brush after each use!
FIRE PLACE The switch for the fireplace is a thermostat knob underneath the shelf that holds the internet modem. Please turn it off after use and do not leave it running indefinitely.
Garburator please ensure you run the tap water as you operate the garburator. Also be careful opperating the garburator.
