  • Garbage/Recycling Located in the garage parkade

    Ski and Bike Storage Secure bike storage is in the underground parking garage. Use the remote control clicker to access. Lock your bike to stall 305 bike rack. Bring Skis and Snowboard into unit, be careful not to scratch walls.

    Parking You can park in the open air parking lot, alternatively there is an underground parking lot at the rear of the building. Drive towards the back of the building and take a left. Us the common area key to open door than step on rubber strip to open garage door. Park in stall 304

    Fire Place Sometimes takes 30 - 60 seconds to turn on

    BBQ Make yourself at home with the BBQ! Please scrub the grill after use, put the cover on before you leave and ensure the propane is turned off

    Coffee We supply ground coffee for the drip coffee maker.

    House Rules: No smoking or vaping in the home, on the patio or anywhere within the complex. No skis or bikes permitted in the Condo. No parties. No pets

    Quiet time: from 10:00PM to 8:00AM

    Please remove shoes/ski boots when entering the home

    If something has been accidentally damaged, stained, or broken you may be covered. All you need to do is report it to us.

    This is primarily a family home, so the owner's have a few personal effects in the unit, also we keep overstock of items in the laundry room. Please be respectful of the owners belongings and the over stock room.

  • Check-out time is 10:00AM - Before departure please start the dishwasher. Take the garbage and recycling downstairs to parking garage garbage rooms.

    It is greatly appreciated if you can start the load of laundry for our cleaners. They do al laundry on site and it really helps them out, it is not required simply appreciated

The 1st photo is of the entrance to the Nicklaus North Club house, you can see to the right of the main clubhouse entrance the door to the condos. The 2nd picture shows the door clearly, there is an intercom to the left of the condo common area door. The code for this common area/elevators is area is 8332 on the intercom. The 3rd picture is the parking garage at the back of the property. Be sure to bring your common area key if you choose to park underground.
