Born and raised in Ottawa, Mark moved to Whistler in 2016 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queen’s University. He quickly fell in love with the mountain lifestyle and set down roots in 2017 by founding Green Lake Gardens. Mark’s dedication, accountability, and strong work ethic were key to scaling the landscaping company to over 75 clients. Successfully growing and exiting the business provided him with invaluable hands-on experience and entrepreneurial insight that only comes from building something from the ground up.

These same attributes translate perfectly into the Vacation Rental Property Management industry. Initially, Mark relied on his hard working entrepreneurial spirit. He then gathered information on vacation rental markets and combined it with his local knowledge of Whistler. Most recently he completed the Property Management Licensing Course at UBC Sauder School of Business.
