Flexibility is a valued part of the guest experience and we are happy to accommodate late check outs and early check ins when our schedule permits it. We can only truly accommodate these requests when it is not a back to back, guests must always get written approval before assuming early check in or late check out.

4.1 Late Check-Out

• First additional hour is complimentary (e.g., our standard checkout is 10 AM, guest may stay until 11 AM at no charge when approved in advance).

  • Please note, staying an additional hour must be approved in advance. We cannot accommodate this on same day-booking)

• Every hour after the free hour: $20 per bedroom per hour.

• Late checkout must be requested and approved in writing (text or email) the evening prior when possible. Same-day is subject to turnover schedule and may be declined.

• Any unauthorized stay past the complimentary hour can be billed at the same rate plus a $50 unauthorized-overstay admin fee.

4.2 Early Check-In

• Check in is always at 4:00PM

• From 2:00 PM onward: complimentary only when the unit is ready.

• Before 2:00 PM: $20 per bedroom per hour, with the first two hours of early access free (same structure as late checkout, in reverse).

• Early check-in is never guaranteed — always subject to the unit being ready.

4.4 Fee Formula and Example Table

Fee = (Billable Hours) × (Bedrooms) × $20

Billable hours = total extended hours − 1 free hour, rounded up. Studios count as 1 bedroom.
